Life

This is the one word that we think of every day. We think about it when we wake up, when we go to sleep, and everything in between. It’s who we are and how we live.
We believe that no one can influence us and that we are who we are ß Ke$ha song! As a child we are always told, “Be you!” At the moment we all think, “Well, who else can I be?” But as we get older, you realize that peer presure and influences occur more times than you can count.
After you are influenced, the memory will remain forever. I still remember the first time a girl influenced me. She was one of my closest friends, but our personalities were completely different. She was the kind of girl that wanted to hook up with boys, and party. I liked boys, but at the time I wasn’t into the “party girl” mode. We took a trip to the Bahamas and things changed.
The last night we were there, she met a boy and decided that she wanted to make out with him. At the club (Club Rush), when you would dance, a random guy would come up and start to grind on you. At first I was uncomfortable and I would push them away. As I saw my friend constantly do it, and her tell me it was okay, and that it was only dancing, I let loose. I started dancing with a few guys.
At the end of the trip I noticed that when she gave it up to a guy, he wanted nothing to do with her. His friend and himself would only talk to me because I respected myself enough to keep my body to myself.  This trip taught me the more you give it up, the less likely you will have a meaningful relationship anytime soon.

I hope you decide to live your life the way you want to. Don’t let anyone control your decisions and allow yourself to BE YOU!!!

Pain of Regret

The Pain of Regret. Its when you stop what you love doing, and look back on quiting and ask, "Why did I quit?" You realize life might have turned out differently if you had only stayed and finished what you love. I loved to cheer. I quit because of some complications, and I regret that everyday. I decided to jump back in because it is something that I love! I realized quitting was a mistake, and I am fixing it. If there is something you love to do, GO FOR IT!

This is when I was a little younger.

Pain of Discipline

Ah, Yes! The Pain of Discipline. It is when you work really hard for something. Right now we may think it is dumb, or ask "Why are we doing this?" People realize that to find your treasure, you must take a journey, only to find out your treasure is where you began. (I learned that from the Alchemist) If you decide to quit... The Pain of Regret would soon kick in.

Love

Love is a word we don't hear very often. It is used when one if strongly fond of another. Love is spelt luv when used towards friends. But what does love mean?

Love 1. a profoundly tender, passionate affection for another person.
2. a feeling of warm personal attachment or deep affection, as for a parent, child, or friend.
3. sexual passion or desire.
4. a person toward whom love is felt; beloved person; sweetheart.
5. (used in direct address as a term of endearment, affection, or the like): Would you like to see a movie, love?
6. a love affair; an intensely amorous incident; amour.
7. sexual intercourse; copulation.
8. ( initial capital letter ) a personification of sexual affection, as Eros or Cupid.
9. affectionate concern for the well-being of others: the love of one's neighbor.

A lesson - Use the word love sparingly. Some people aren't ready to say love, but when they do, they have hopes of not chasing away that special person. Love is on occasion. Keep an eye out for it, and it will eventually find you.

True Beauty and True Friends

When I saw True Beauty, I mean the beauty within one's self. I currently just got into a big fight with my "best friend". I stated that in quotations because we are no longer speaking. Its silly little things that can break up a long term friendship. Silly things in my case: a boy.

Now in my eyes, TRUE BEAUTY is being who you truely are. Be a jock, popular, nerd. Be anything you want to be and eventually you will have true friends with true beauty.

In my case, I like this guy who my friend also likes. Well, we started to talk about him and she realized that he was more important then me. Lets just say, friends come in go, but best friends will stay forever.
